This multi-purposed CRM needed the ability to re-skin itself for thousands of unique customer experiences delivered in Zen Garden style customer flavors. The design elements allowed for the user's brand to flow through the application and increase end-user engagement. This SaaS delivered application also needed extensive information architecture and planning to pack countless volumes of unique content in easy-to-reference UI so that end-users could quickly navigate niggling details across multiple client accounts.
