The application is cloud-based, making it available on any modern smartphone, and also from the online AnswerConnect Client Access panel. Clients can tell AnswerConnect operators what they’re doing, what to do with calls, and set an expiration time for their current status, allowing them to conduct business more efficiently and make the most of their monthly service minutes.
